For subscription based plans; a full refund will be issued if Geek PC Rescue has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 30 days of the subscription. Geek PC Rescue reserves the right to either deduct a minimum of $69.99 or 10% of the total amount charged whichever is higher. In short, for X number of cases resolved a charge would be made and rest of the amount would be refunded. If there are one or more resolved issues, the fees for the Subscription Service will not be refundable.
