Keyword Research with LongTailPro Platinum

I will do keyword research with my LongTailPro Platinum License.

I can do the following options:

A) I will do a keyword research on a root word you give me and I will give you 15 searching words & tell you how would I plan and structure your website.

B) I will try to find you 5 keywords with 500+ searches per month plus another 10 with 50+ searches a month and competition under 30. Totally 15 things you can rank quicker.

Why is this good?

If you find keywords with competition of 30 or less you will be able to rank quicker and higher for that specific term. You will get more traffic and eventually more sales.
