After at least one patch is applied to the site, no refunds will be given. Often within vulnerability reports, are zero day vulnerabilities, which, by definition, cannot be patched. This means that I can not grantee every vulnerability to be patched, nor can I guarantee there be more than one vulnerability in the report.
