Important!

1. You the client will deliver all content Text and images that is needed for the site.
   
2. The WordPress Theme used for the site will be chosen from the free library, my offer does not include paid themes.
   
3. If you need me to use a paid Theme of your choosing then it must be installed by you or sent to me so i can install it.
   
4. I need access to the admin area of the site.
