If your order is not turned in for a first review (or final delivery) by 9 days , you are welcomed to receive a full refund.... That would mean something went terribly wrong and you'll most likely hear from me well before something like that takes place.
Otherwise - there are no refunds if I have turned in some form of work.

We ask that you have your script 100% perfect as we speak it AS IS.
If we are asked to re-record footage where I DID NOT make the actual mistake , you will be charged accordingly.
I do not offer free revisions for changing the tone of my voice or the speed of my speaking. If you need me to talk a certain way/speed you must simply provide a sample video beforehand.
