Building a 5 to 10 page local website around the keywords of your choice - We don't build websites with less than 5 pages of content, not including the About Us, Contact Us, & Privacy Policy pages. I don't risk getting the sites we build labeled as "thin content" sites by Google, since the intention of a site like this is usually to rank it.

This Website Will Be Optimized For Conversions - We do client SEO and pay per lead, so we have to know what makes a website convert. It's what we do.

Domain E-Mail Address - If your domain is hosted on cPanel, we will create an e-mail address for your domain to use for the main admin of the Wordpress installation.

All Pages Will Have Appropriate Images (not Google images!)

Website Logo - The logo will be provided to fit the theme that has been picked for the site and will use stock images and text.

Correct SEO On-Page, Including Alt Tags - We've been doing SEO for over 14 years; I'm well versed in this. I remember the Jagger update of 2005. Does your SEO?

Correct NAP Insertion - NAP will be included on every page, just as it should be on a local site.

SEO Plugin Configuration - Your SEO plugin will be configured for local ranking performance.

Contact Form 7 - The best free contact form plugin in existence.

Visual Composer - License included in price & will be transferred to you

Premium Theme Configuration & Customization- We require premium themes on all of our website builds for multiple reasons. The price of this gig also includes the purchase of a theme license from Themeforest.net for your domain.

Why Premium Themes Only?

First, themes in the Wordpress repository have less of an incentive to be updated because they aren't paid for. Themes that aren't updated are subject to compatibility issues with new versions of Wordpress and therefore, are subject to being hacked.

Second, most premium themes have mobile readiness baked in. If your site isn't mobile friendly, it will convert poorly.

To protect our clients and to work efficiently, I only work with premium themes.

The Development Process

Your site will be put together on our test server and then migrated over to your domain name's Wordpress installation on your hosting after it's completed. If you don't already have Wordpress installed for your domain name, I will install it for you, but I will require cPanel login to do this.

Limitations On Revisions

I offer 2 revisions on content and 2 revision on design.

The premium theme you want to use and how you would like it configured, what colors, fonts, general layout, etc. Please note that we don't do major structural changes to these themes, because it can break the mobile-readiness.
